We believe the issue has been resolved, and the service is now running smoothly again. We found that the problem was related to the databases supporting Video Express. If you happen to encounter any errors, please don't hesitate to submit a ticket to it@purdue.edu.

We are aware of an issue that is causing all Video Express Studios to be unavailable as of 6:30 PM ET. We're investigating the cause.
